Dosaculture

Dosaculture (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle any related grievances.

Article 1 — Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 2 — Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection

The Company collects the following personal information:

Required items: name, contact information (telephone number), delivery address, and email address
Payment-related: payment information (PayPal account information when payment is made via PayPal)
Method of collection: directly entered by the user when placing an order through the website

Article 3 — Processing and Retention Period

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by applicable laws or within the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

Records regarding contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
Records regarding payment and supply of goods: 5 years
Records regarding consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

Article 4 — Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides personal information to third parties only where the data subject has consented or where permitted under applicable laws.

Article 5 — Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

For the efficient handling of personal information, the Company entrusts the following tasks to third parties.

Article 6 — Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

The Company may transfer personal information overseas as follows:

1. Payment processing (PayPal)

Recipient: PayPal Inc. (United States)
Items transferred: payment-related information
Purpose: electronic payment processing
Retention period: until the end of the entrustment agreement

2. International product delivery

Recipients: overseas shipping providers
Items transferred: name, contact information, delivery address
Purpose: international product delivery
Retention period: until the end of the entrustment agreement

Article 7 — Rights of Data Subjects

A data subject may exercise the following rights at any time:

Request access to personal information
Request correction of errors
Request deletion
Request suspension of processing

These rights may be exercised by contacting the Company via email.

Article 8 — Destruction of Personal Information

The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

The Company designates a Chief Privacy Officer to oversee personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies.
