Terms of Service

Dosa Culture

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users in connection with the use of Services provided by the online shopping mall operated by Dosa Culture (hereinafter “Company”).

Article 2 — Definitions

  • “Mall” — a virtual business establishment set up by the Company to enable Users to purchase artworks and related products
  • “User” — any person who accesses the Mall and receives the Services provided by the Company
  • “Purchaser” — a User who places an order for products through the Mall

Article 3 — Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms

These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Mall. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Changes disadvantageous to Users require at least 30 days prior notice.

Article 4 — Provision and Modification of Services

  • Provision of information on artworks and conclusion of sales contracts
  • Delivery of products (domestic and international)
  • Other tasks as determined by the Company

Article 5 — Suspension of Services

The Company may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of facilities. The Company shall not be liable for damages from such suspension unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 — Purchase Application

The Company operates on a non-member ordering system. Users may purchase products without membership registration by:

  • Selecting products and entering order information
  • Confirming Terms and withdrawal restrictions
  • Payment by card via PayPal

Article 7 — Formation of Contract

The contract is deemed formed at the time the User completes payment. The Company may refuse to sell if purchaser information is false or if significant technical difficulties exist.

Article 8 — Payment Method

Payment is made by card payment via PayPal. Detailed matters are governed by PayPal’s Terms of Service.

Article 9 — Delivery

  • Domestic deliveries: dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment
  • International deliveries: period varies by destination
  • Additional time may be required for safe artwork packaging
  • Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient
  • The Company is responsible for damage/loss until handoff to domestic carrier

Article 10 — Withdrawal and Refund

Users may withdraw within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Returns/exchanges are not available when:

  • Product is lost/damaged due to the User
  • Product value has significantly decreased due to use
  • Product value has decreased due to passage of time
  • Packaging of duplicable products has been damaged

Withdrawal restrictions: Custom-made artworks produced upon individual order.

Article 11 — Refund

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned product, via the same payment method (PayPal). Exchange rate differences are not the Company’s responsibility.

Articles 12–18

Personal information protection, Company obligations, User obligations, copyright and intellectual property rights, disclaimer, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction are covered in full detail. Korean law applies to all disputes.

Addendum: These Terms are effective as of April 7, 2026.

이용약관

도사컬쳐

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 도사컬쳐(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  • “몰” — 회사가 미술품 및 관련 상품을 거래할 수 있도록 설정한 가상의 영업장
  • “이용자” — 몰에 접속하여 서비스를 받는 자
  • “주문자” — 몰을 통하여 상품을 주문하는 이용자

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

이 약관은 몰 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 최소 30일 이상의 사전 유예기간을 두고 공지합니다.

제4조~제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 중단)

회사는 미술품 정보 제공, 판매계약 체결, 상품 배송 등의 업무를 수행합니다. 시스템 점검 등의 사유로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제6조~제8조 (구매·계약·결제)

비회원 주문 방식으로 운영되며, PayPal을 통한 카드결제로 이루어집니다. 결제 완료 시점에 계약이 성립합니다.

제9조 (배송)

  • 국내 배송: 결제 완료 후 영업일 기준 2~5일 이내 발송
  • 해외 배송: 지역에 따라 상이, 관세 등은 구매자 부담
  • 미술품 특성상 안전 포장을 위한 추가 기간 소요 가능

제10조 (청약철회 및 교환·환불)

상품 수령 후 14일 이내 청약 철회 가능. 단순변심 반품 시 배송비는 구매자 부담. 주문제작 미술품은 청약철회가 제한됩니다.

제11조 (환불)

반환 후 3영업일 이내 PayPal을 통해 환급. 환율 차이로 인한 금액 차이는 회사 책임 범위에 포함되지 않습니다.

제12조~제18조

개인정보보호, 회사의 의무, 이용자의 의무, 저작권, 면책조항, 분쟁해결, 재판권 및 준거법에 관한 사항은 상단 영문 버전을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

부칙: 이 약관은 2026년 4월 7일부터 시행합니다.
